The expando fixing method is quick and simple. No 35mm cup hole is required. Just drill two 10mm holes, 6mm deep. Steel teeth bite into the material of the hard fronts, while nylon components secure softer panels. Clip top design means the hinge simply clicks to the mounting plate for quick, tool-free fitting.
